摘    要:该文分析了我国酱香型白酒发展热的成因、概述了不同产区流派的风格特点、产区企业分布、产能情况及全国酱香型白酒市场情况;并对酱香型白酒未来发展趋势提出了几点思考建议,以期为酱香型白酒产业健康、有序、高质量发展提供参考意见。

Abstract:The cause of development heat of sauce-flavor Baijiu (Chinese liquor) in China, styles characteristics of genre in different producing areas, enterprises distribution in production areas, production capacity and market situation of sauce-flavor Baijiu in China were summarized. Some suggestions on the future development trend of sauce-flavor Baijiu were put forward, in order to provide reference for the healthy, orderly and high-quality development of sauce-flavor Baijiu industry.
