赣南家具企业1505家,销售经营户3100多户,从业人员6万,实现工业总产值20亿元,税收2100万元。但绝大多数企业受无品牌、无高质量、无人才优势等问题困扰,无法形成与比邻的广东家具企业比拼能力。现从品牌定位、结构模块化、人才引进、出口尝试四个方面阐述赣南家具企业转型的方向。
