| 摘 要： | 文章针对羊绒、PTT和Modal等纤维物理指标差异较大、混纺纤维间抱合力差、纺纱静电严重、湿度敏感等问题，通过优化工艺配置、加强原料预处理、温湿度的控制、专件器材的选用，有效地解决了成条困难、缠绕严重等问题，保证了成纱质量水平。

| Abstract: | According to the problems of poor cohesion, serious spinning static and sensitive humidity in spinning Cashmere/PTT/Modal Combed knitting yarn process, reasonable technology measures such as process parameter optimization, raw material pretreatment, temperature and humidity control, special equipments and so on were adopted to produce new blended yarn and assure yarn quality. |
