| 摘 要： | 文章通过实验，利用还原剂亚硫酸氢钠在碱性条件下对羊毛中的二硫键有显著拆散作用的性质，得到了将羊毛全部溶解的有效方法，同时在溶解液中添加了具有分散作用的SDS，有效地防止了利用还原方法制得的羊毛角蛋白溶液中被打开的二硫键的重建，得到了性能较稳定的羊毛角蛋白溶液。

| Abstract: | Throngh experimant,the reducing agent of NaHSOa is used to break up--S--S-- under alkalinity condition. An effective method of dissoving wool completly is obtained. At the same time, SDS with dispersion effect is added to the solution to prevent the rebuilding of --S---S--, which have been broken up in the wool keratin solution that obtained by reducing method. Then wool keratin solution with steady properties is obtained. |
