| 摘 要： | 采用分光光度法测定了足浴盐中草药植物提取物中总黄酮的含量,检测波长为510nm,标准曲线相关系数为R=0.9995,平均加标回收率为100.50%.结果表明：此法准确度较高,可用于足浴盐中草药提取物中总黄酮成分分析.

| Abstract: | Total flavone content in the Chinese herbal medicine extract of foot bath salt is determined with spectrophotometry. With testing wave length at 5 lOnm and relevant coefficient of standard curve at R=0.9995, average standard recovery rate is 100.50%.The result shows that the method is of high accuracy and can be applied to determine total flavones content in the Chinese herbal medicine extract of feet washing salt. |
