| 摘 要： | 通过对全省市场500g包装食盐计量的抽样调查发现,公司各生产企业500g包装食盐计量单袋重量波动较大,有的甚至高达30～40g/袋,抽样分析平均单袋重量为516g/袋。为了减少公司损失,降低生产成本,降低运输过程车皮超重带来的风险,公司通过技术创新和管理创新,加强计量精细化管理,最终实现了505±5g/袋的目标,为公司创造了可观的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Through the sample survey of 500g packages of edible salt from the markets in the whole province,it is found that the measurement of 500g edible salt differs a lot per bag,and some even differs 30-40g per bag packaged by the producers.The average weight is 516g per bag in the sample survey.In order to reduce the loss of our company,reduce production cost and reduce the risk caused by overload of transportation,our company realized the goal of keeping the package of 505±5g/bag through technical renovation and management innovation and enhancing the refining management of measurement.Economic efficiency has been greatly increased. |
