摘    要:重点介绍了各种营养食盐对健康的作用和影响,综述了选用营养食盐的方法。目前市场常见的钙强化营养盐、铁强化营养盐、硒强化营养盐、锌强化营养盐、低钠盐等产品,对于广大消费者应如何科学选择各种食用盐产品才能更有利于健康的问题,进行了阐述。希望广大消费者能及时掌握各种食盐特点,以便更科学地选用。
