摘    要:伴随着社会的进步与发展、经济的增长及竞争的加剧,企业一方面在进行着战略规划,谋求着企业的长期可持续发展,而同时却不得不面对企业人才流动、人才流失率高居不下的困境;同时据相关人力资源网站的另一份调查结果显示,在接受调查的企业高层管理者中,有90%的管理者认为自己的企业缺乏人才储备,这就加剧了企业的人才危机,必将会影响企业的长远可持续发展。

Abstract:With the improvement and development of the society,the increasing economy and the intensification of competition,the enterprises are carrying on strategy plan for long-term sustained development on the one hand and the enterprise are faced with the difficulties of the high flow of talents loss on the other.According to the results of survey by the related human resources website,90% managers believe that their enterprise lacks the talent pool in the surveyed senior managers which increase the talent crisis of enterprise and it must influence the long term sustained development of the enterprises.
