摘    要:运用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法对大米中莠去津残留量进行不确定度评定。分析测量过程的不确定度来源,并且对不确定度的各个分量进行计算和合成。结果表明:标准溶液的配制引入的不确定度分量是影响莠去津残留量测定不确定度的主要原因。当大米中莠去津的添加水平为50.0μg/kg时,扩展不确定度为2.90μg/kg,测定结果表示为X=(45.10±2.90)μg/kg,k=2,P=95%。

Abstract:To study the uncertainty of atrazine in rice by HPLC-MS/MS method,we analyzed the uncertainty sources in measurement process,evaluated and synthesized each component of uncertainty.Results showed that most significant factors contributing to the determination of atrazine were the standard solution preparation.As the content of atrazine was 50.0μg/kg,the expanded uncertainty was 2.90μg/kg.The result of atrazine content was expressed as follows:X=(45.10±2.90)μg/kg,k=2,P=95%.
