| 摘 要： | 介绍了量子管通环的工作原理以及其在大型油脂厂浸出车间中的应用,通过对比使用前后板式换热器的水路板片状况,并研究分析了应用量子管通环后,板式换热器的水压、温度以及石蜡油油温的变化情况。研究表明：量子管通环在循环水系统中阻垢除锈方面的重要作用,能够较好地解决循环冷却水的结垢问题。

| Abstract: | The working principle of the quantum tube circuit and its application in the oil and fat enterprise of pretreatment and leaching workshop,and data accumulation were introduced.By comparing the plate of heat exchange of the application in the pretreatment and leaching workshop,the water pressure and the temperature of the plate heat exchange and the temperature variation of paraffin oil were researched and analysed.The important role of quantum tube circuit scale inhibitor in circulating water system cleaning aspects was confirmed to solve the problem of scaling in circulating cooling water. |
