| 摘 要： | 探讨了一种大米整精米率快速检测的技术和设备,结合大米图像的特点与要求,比较、分析各种图像处理系统的优缺点,研究确定图像采集技术并结合预分样设备,与现有的各种检测整精米率方法相比,具有测定准确、简便、快速、仪器价格低等优点。

| Abstract: | A kind of technique and equipment which can quickly test whole refined rice rate is discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of image processing system are compared and analyzed, combined with the characteristic and request of rice image. The image acquisition technique are studied and determined. Combined with presort equipment, the existing detecting methods of whole refined rice rate are compared, the results show that the new technique and equipment is accurate, simple, rapid and inexpensive. |
