小麦麸皮对小鼠糖代谢的影响

摘    要:研究了小麦麸皮对小鼠糖代谢的影响,对小麦麸皮水提液采用3种不同的处理方法:麸皮水提液、麸皮除多糖水提液、麸皮除多糖及蛋白水提液,培养小鼠原代肝细胞,分别通过监测肝脏细胞对葡萄糖的代谢和空白组的对照来比较3种小麦麸皮水提液的降糖效果。试验证明:小麦麸皮水提液降糖效果明显,通过对比,麸皮除去多糖和蛋白质水提液的降糖效果不明显,由此可以说明小麦麸皮水提液的降糖效果可能与其中的活性多糖和蛋白质有关。

Abstract:The effect of wheat bran on blood sugar declining of rats is studied. Three different processing methods of wheat bran liquid are adopted, including wheat bran liquid, wheat bran liquid without amylase, wheat bran liquid without amylase and protein. The effect of the three different wheat bran liquid on declining blood sugar level are compared by culturing original liver cells of rats and advert to the influence on the glucose metabolism of them. It is proved that the effect of wheat bran liquid on declining blood sugar level is remarkable and the effect of wheat bran liquid without amylase and protein is inapparent. It is believed that the mechanism of wheat bran liquid to decline blood sugar level maybe is the interaction of amylase and protein.
