摘    要:基于国内外棕榈藤材抗拉强度测试方法,分别将棕榈藤材加工成总长度均为160mm的哑铃形藤片试样、端头垫片强化整径藤片试样、半哑铃形整藤试样和端头浸胶强化整藤试样进行了抗拉强度的测试,根据试样的测试破坏情况和应力—应变曲线图等测试结果,发现以加工相对较易的含皮整径藤片试样,在万能力学试验机上沿试样顺纹方向匀速施载,使试样在30s~90s内破坏,从而求出藤材的顺纹抗拉强度。

Abstract:Based on the previous and existing testing methods, rattan cane materials were processed into four types testing specimens, i.e. the dumbbell-shaped cane piece, the cane piece of full diameter with end-strengthened by hardwood piece, the half-dumbbell-shaped cane stem of whole radius, and the entire cane stem with end-strengthened by glue-soaking.
