酒精沼气双发酵偶联工艺中沼液有机酸对酒精发酵的影响

摘    要:木薯酒精蒸馏废液经厌氧沼气发酵后的沼液全部回用作为酒精发酵配料的工艺用水,形成酒精沼气双发酵偶联工艺。研究发现,乙酸和丙酸是抑制酒精发酵的主要的小分子有机酸。乙酸对酒精发酵产生抑制的有效质量浓度为0.4g/dL,丙酸对酒精发酵产生抑制的有效质量浓度为0.1g/dL,乳酸质量浓度达到2.5g/dL时才会对酒精发酵产生影响。

Abstract:Recycling the stilliage condensates produced into the fermentation phase,coupled with the alcohol fermentation and the anaerobic biogas fermentation.It has been demonstrated that acetic acid and propionic acid exhibited main inhibition effect on the alcohol fermentation.The concentration of acetic acid inhibit alcohol fermentation was 0.4 g/dL and that of propionic acid was 0.1 g/dL.When the lactic acid concentration increase to 2.5 g/dL,a inhibition effect on alcohol process was detected.
