| Abstract: | Vibrio Parahaemolyticus is a frequent food-borne pathogen in marine environments.A rapid isolation and identification method for Vibrio Parahaemolyticus was developed in this study by combining an improved screening method with a second screening based on specific genes(tlh and toxR).By using this method,19 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were isolated from marine water,ooze and three marine products.Also,the 16S rDNA from the isolated strains was sequenced to validate the specificity.The results obtaine... |
