超声波辅助提取大黄蒽醌类成分

摘    要:采用正交试验设计法,研究了超声波辅助提取大黄中蒽醌类成分的最佳工艺条件。试验表明:原料按料液比为1g:30mL,在体积分数90%的乙醇中浸润12h后,超声波辅助提取15min,连续提取2次,总蒽醌、游离蒽醌的提取率分别达91.91%和96.48%,明显优于常规煎煮法和乙醇回流法。

Abstract:The optimum extracting conditions of anthraqinones from Rhubarb with the aid of ultrasonics were studied with the orthogonal test design.The results showed that when dousing the dried Rheum powder with 90% ethanol(1 g in 30 mL) for 12 hrs, and with the aid of ultrasonic treatment for 15 min and twice, the average extraction rate of total anthraqinone and free anthraqinone could reach 91.91% and 96.83%, respectively. The ultrasonic-assistant extraction method was superior over the traditional decocting method and the ethanol refluxing method.
