摘    要:我国已经进入老龄化阶段,老年人健康问题成为社会关注的焦点,也成为学者研究的热点。在老年人生理特点分析及营养现状调查结果的基础上,从科学膳食的角度为老年人进行个性化的食谱设计。并针对设计的食谱进行系统的营养分析,为改善老年人群的营养状况,减少老年人的营养相关疾病提供依据。

Abstract:China has entered into the aging society period. Health situation of the senior citizens is the focus of the so- ciety and the topic of the research. On the basis of seniors nutritional states investigation and biological characteristics analysis,the dietary plan for them was designed and analyzed scientifically,which is helpful to provide information about how to improve their health states and prevent malnutrition and diseases.
