摘    要:综述了γ—聚谷氨酸(γ—PGA)的研究进展。γ—PGA是一种高分子可降解生物材料,目前发酵培养基多用E—培养基,发酵温度为37℃,影响产率的因素为碳源和金属离子。

Abstract:The research advances of biosynthesis of poly-γ-glutamic acid and its application and prospect were introduced.γ-PGA is a high molecular weight and biodegradable materia1.E-media was mostly used and the temperature of fermentation was 37 ℃.The influencial factors of γ-PGA productivity were carbon source and metal ions.
