| 摘 要： | 针对针织毛绒产品的质量要求,采用不同的纺纱工艺及纱线品种以满足毛绒产品所需达到的风格条件。分析讨论了各种类型毛绒产品在纺纱工艺配方中各类原材料的适宜比例,同时归纳、总结了毛绒产品的类别、纱线种类和原料适用配方以及毛绒产品经生产整理后达到的风格和产品用途。根据生产实践,按照产品品种要求确定适应的原料用纱,使之既满足产品风格条件又使成本控制在最低范围,并且拓展了毛绒产品的品种,增强了市场竞争力。
