| 摘 要： | 4压光机长时压光机是Beloit公司早年制造的五辊结构硬压光机，轨距7341mm，A型机架，无加载装置，底辊是具有可控中高的传动辊，4根压光辊的中间3根是热水辊，顶部1根是蒸汽辊。压光辊自下而上叠加放置，两侧的轴承座嵌在A型机架的滑轨上，前后压板固定好之后，辊子随同轴承座一起可在机架内上下移动。这种自由式压光辊在断纸缠辊时跳动幅度大，后压板易松动，造成轴承座偏斜后与轴头摩擦发热，曾经就因这种现象起火过两次。该压光机的辊子必须从操作侧的A型机架内吊装进出，换辊的效率偏低。4.1下QCS质量控制系统更新长时该纸机原用Sen…
