白泥烟气脱硫工艺控制研究与实践

摘    要:碱回收白泥锅炉烟气脱硫技术具有运行成本低,脱硫效率高、以废治废综合利用的特点。但由于该工艺推广应用时间短、工程运行经验少、工艺流程复杂、涉及环节岗位多,因此在实际运行中往往出现SO2排放浓度不稳定、波动较大,甚至容易出现烟气排放超标的情况。找出影响脱硫效率的主要因素,制定合理有效工艺控制指标和手段,是确保脱硫系统稳定达标运行的关键。

Abstract:Destllfurization technology of boiler fume With white mud has the advantages of low cost, high efficiecy and comprehensive utilization of the waste. But in the practical operation, the fluctuation in ernission concentration of sulfer dioxide often appeared, especially the emission concentration exceding the lirnit specified by the standard, because lack of the operation experience, complexity of the process and relation to multi factor. Therefore finding out the influencing factors for desulfurization and adopting rational controlling manner are the key to operate the desulfurization system in accordance of the standard.
