| 摘 要： | 介绍了原2400型双缸单圆网老式网槽纸机,生产低档次宣纸产品,经系统的技术改造后,生产30～40g/m2宣纸,制浆原料沙田稻草纤维浆60%～70%,配青檀树皮纤维浆40%～30%,车速由60～80m/min提高到130～160m/min,产量由8～10t/d提高到18～20t/d,产品质量提高。

| Abstract: | A cylinder machine with single wire and two dryers with width of 2400ram was introduced, with which low grade Xuan paper was produced. After the transtbrmation, the product quality was improved, producing Xuan paper with the basis weight of 30-40g/m2 with tidal land rice straw fiber 60%-70%, pteroceltis phloem fiber 30%-40%, the speed was raised from 600-80m/min to 130-160m/min, the output was raised from 8-10t/d to 18--20t/d. |
