蒸汽爆破预提取聚戊糖对麦草碱法制浆性能影响的研究

摘    要:研究了蒸汽爆破预提取聚戊糖,同时研究了预提取对麦草纤维性质、蒸煮性能及成纸物理性能的影响。实验结果表明:经过蒸汽爆破处理后的麦草中半纤维素含量降低了53.83%左右,聚戊糖提取率可以达到23.30%。扫描电镜观察纤维表面孔隙率增加,红外光谱分析结果结晶度指数N.O’KI由0.41增加到0.44,绝对结晶度下降;纤维长度分布结果表明蒸汽爆破后麦草纤维平均长度变短;蒸汽爆破后续蒸煮浆料白度下降较大,成纸物理强度下降,抗张指数下降24.26%、耐破指数下降8.27%,撕裂指数变化不明显,耐折度降低严重。

Abstract:Pretreatment of wheat straw in steam explosion process has been conducted. The effect of steam explosion pretreatment on wheat straw fiber properties, cooking performance and paper physical properties were studied, and the degradation of the chemical components after steam explosion was also analyzed. The results indicate that the hemicellulose in wheat straw decreases by 53.83% after steam explosion pretreatment, with the pentosan extracting rate up to 23.3%. Scanning electron microscopy revealed that the porosity of wheat straw after pretreatment increases, and index N.O 'KI increases from 0.41 to 0.44, presenting a drop in cellulose crystallity. The steam explosion made a drop in average fiber length of wheat straw, the pulp by the following cooking shows a considerable reduction in whiteness of the hand sheets and a drop in physical pertbrmance with the tensile index and burst index decreased by 24.26%, 8.27% respectively, the tear index having no considerable change, but folding endurance decreased sharply.
