| 摘 要： | 年产25万吨P-RCAPMP制浆采用单段挤压浸渍和单段压力高浓盘磨与低浓盘磨相结合的磨浆工艺,具有工艺简单、投资省、电耗低等特点,在特定的木材种类和浆种的情况下具有明显的优势。本文介绍了该制浆工艺及特点,描述了工艺配套主要设备的基本结构及特点。

| Abstract: | The pulping process, adopted with single stage pressurized impregnation and combinations of single high concentration disc refiner with lowconcentration disc refining process, for the P-RC APMP system with the annual capacity of 250,000 tons has characteristics of simple process, lower investment, lower power consumption, which has remarkble advantage under the condition of particular wood species and pulp species. The characteristics of the pulping process were introduced in this paper. The basic structure and characteristics of main equipment for the process were described. |
