摘    要:纸和纸制品经水疏解成单纤维后,用Na OH/尿素/硫脲溶液溶解,然后用叔丁基甲醚进行超声提取,提取产物经处理后进行超高效液相色谱法分析,外标法定量,从而建立了1个快速测定纸和纸制品中松香酸含量的超高效液相色谱方法。该方法的加标平均回收率为87.50%~98.96%,精密度实验RSD为1.27%~2.68%(n=9),检出限为0.1mg/kg(S/N=3)。该方法简便快速,分析过程耗时仅仅3.5min,适用于纸和纸制品中松香酸含量的快速测定,为制定相关检测标准提供了参考。

Rapid determination of abietic acid in paper and paper products by use of sodium hydroxide/urea/thiourea aqueous solution

Abstract:An effective ultra-high performance liquid chromatographic method was established to determine rapidly the content of abietic acid in paper and paper products. Paper and paper products were first defiberated to single fibers in water, and then were dissolved in sodium hydroxide/urea/thiourea aqueous solution, followed by ultrasonic extraction using t-butyl methyl as the extraction solvent. The extract was analyzed by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography. The concentration of the analyte was calibrated by external standard method. The spiked average recoveried changed from 87.50% to 98.96% while the relative standard deviation(RSD) varied from 1.27% to 2.68%. The limit of detection was 0.1mg/kg at the condition of signal to noise(S/N) of 3. The proposed method was simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate, only needing 3.5minutes for the total analysis procedure, and applicable for the rapid determination of abietic acid in paper and paper products. It provided a reference for the relevant testing method.
