漆酶/介体体系对未漂马尾松磨石磨木浆改性的研究

摘    要:利用漆酶/介体体系对未漂马尾松磨石磨木浆进行改性,测定改性后纸浆的白度、强度性能以及对后续过氧化氮漂白效果的影响。实验表明,漆酶/介体体系处理纸浆可以提高纸浆的强度性能,并且可以提高后续过氧化氢漂白的效果。漆酶/介体体系改性纸浆经过氧化氢漂白后,白度较对照漂白浆提高2%ISO,裂断长提高500m。通过实验选定了漆酶/介体体系改性未漂马尾松磨石磨木浆的最佳工艺条件。

Abstract:Modification of unbleached masson pine ground wood pulp with laccase/mediator system was made and the pulp brightness and strength property and the influence on the performance of the following hydrogen peroxide bleaching were measured. The results show that the strength property of the pulp was improved with the treatment of laccase/mediator system and the performance of the following hydrogen peroxide bleaching was also improved. Brightness and breaking length of bleached pulp increased by 2% ISO and 500 m respectively in comparison with the control bleached pulp. The optimal technological condition for the modification of unbleached masson pine ground wood pulp with laccase/mediator system was determined through the experiment.
