桉木CTMP制浆废水微电解处理

摘    要:应用微电解法处理桉木CTMP制浆废水。初步研究了pH值、反应时间、Fe/C体积比、铁屑粒度、铁屑用量等因素对处理效果的影响,对各工艺参数进行了优化。试验结果表明,废水pH值对处理效果影响最大,其次是Fe/C体积比、铁屑柱度和反应时间,在较佳条件下,废水CODCr去除率〉50%,色度去除率〉90%,并可有效提高废水可生化性。微电解法和混凝剂法对比实验表明,在相同的条件下,微电解法的CODCr和色度去除率分别比聚铁(PFS)处理高21.7%和70.5%,比聚铝(PAC)处理高28.4%和72.5%。

Abstract:Eucalyptus CTMP effluent was treated with the micro-electrolysis process. The effect of operating conditions, including pH, reacting time, Fe/C volume proportion, iron powder size and amount used in the experiment, on treatment efficiency was studied, and the processing parameters were optimized as well. The result reveals that pH was the vital factor to influence the treating effect, other factors of reacting time, Fe/C volume proportion, iron powder size and amount used in the experiment also had an effect on efficiency and that under the optimum conditions, the removal rate of CODCr and chromaticity was over 50% and 90% and the biodegradability of wastewater was enhanced. In comparison with conventional coagulants, the removal rate of CODCr and chromaticity of micro-electrolysis process was higher than PFS by 21. 7% and 70.5% and higher than PAC by 28.4% and 72.5% under the same conditions.
