| 摘 要： | 介绍了鼓式真空洗浆机配套用水封槽的结构选用、黑液槽的规格确定依据和风机强制消泡的基本方法,通过对洗浆机辅助配套设施的合理选型及设计,可降低泡沫发生量和有效地消除泡沫,使黑液槽始终呈负压状态,以提高洗浆机的生产能力和洗涤效率.

| Abstract: | The structural selection of necessary water sealing trough of drum vacuum washer,determining basis of black liquid trough specification and basic antifoaming method were introduced.The amount of generating foams can be reduced and the foams can be effectively eliminated through reasonable selection and design of auxiliary matching facilities of washer.This can make black liquid trough in negative pressure state so as to improve the productivity and wash-ing efficiency of the washer. |
