改性PAE树脂的合成与应用

摘    要:以二乙烯三胺和己二酸为原料,利用常用廉价改性剂M对中间体进行改性,制备了改性聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷(出陛PAE)产品。结果表明:当胺酸比为1.05:1.0,反应温度为180℃,反应时间为5.5h,降温到120℃时,加入1mol改性剂M,继续反应1h,调节固含量为50%,得到改性中间体溶液的黏度适合进行下一步反应。制备的改性PAE添加量为绝干浆的1.2%~1.4%时,湿强度最高可达;55.6%,且改性产品PH值调节在5~4.5之间,稳定性和水溶性都比较好。

Abstract:The modified polyamide polyamine epichlorohydrin resin was produced by using the diethylenetriamine and adipic acid as raw materials and using low cost modifier M for modification. The results show that when the ratio of diethylenetriamine to adipic acid is 1.05:1.0, the reaction temperature 180℃, reacting 3.5h, then the system is cooled to 120℃ and lmol modifier M is added, the reaction is continued for a hour, solid content is regulated to 50% to get the proper modified intermediate. When prepared modified PAE was added to the pulp of 1.2% to 1.4% based on oven dry pulp, the wet strength reaches to 35.6%, which have good stability and good water solubility at the pH value of 3 to 4.5.
