| 摘 要： | 搅拌器在纸张生产中应用广泛。本文应用DCS系统对浆罐搅拌器进行软硬件设计,应用D C S系统折线表模块实现搅拌器电机频率的变频给定,并对固定频率控制和折线表变频控制做了能耗实验对比。

| Abstract: | Agitator is widely used in paper production.In this paper,DCS system was used to design the software and hardware of agitator control system,and the polyline module of DCS system was used to realize the frequency conversion of agitator motor.Meanwhile,the energy consumption of fixed frequency control and polyline frequency conversion control were compared. |
