透平风机替代水环式真空泵的节能改造实践

摘    要:制浆造纸装备的快速发展是支持造纸产业发展的重要力量。受益于透平风机系统的技术进步,制造成本下降,使得现有造纸生产线真空系统的升级改造更具有可行性。景兴纸业积极引进相关技术,对各生产线的真空系统进行改造升级。本文中对PM16生产线的真空系统进行测量分析,选取单/双级变速透平风机替代水环式真空泵方案,并设计及组织实施,在经济效益和恶臭治理方面都获得了理想收益。

Abstract:The rapid development of pulp making and papermaking equipment is a significant part of the development of the paper industry. There are possibilities in the improvement of the current papermaking vacuum system which is benefiting from the technical improvement of the turbine fan system that cuts down the cost. Jingxing Paper actively introduced related techniques to implement a transformation R & D to the vacuum system of the papermaking lines. This paper measured and analyzed the vacuum system of PM16. The single/double stage variable speed t urbine fan was selected to replace the water ring vacuum pump. And ideal results were obtained in terms of economic benefits and odor control through implementation.
