| 摘 要： | 从脱墨浆生产线中三个主要操作单元取样,将脱墨浆分离成为纤维组分、细小组分和水相三个部分,分别采用THF或MTBE进行抽提,然后用GC-MS对抽出物进行分析,按照黏合剂类、木材抽出物类、木质素类和其他有机酸类物质讨论了胶黏物的主要构成物质,以及通过不同操作单元时的去除情况。 |

| Abstract: | Pulps were sampled from three major points of a deinking pulp production line,and classified as fibers,fines fractions and aqueous phases,then extracted with THF and MTBE,respectively.Sticky contaminants were investigated by GC-MS analysis of the extractives.The results show that the contaminants can be classified as adhesives,wood extractives,lignin-derivatives and some other organic acids.Contents of components in each group and their removal conditions were discussed according to different operation units. |
