| 摘 要： | 探讨了轻质印刷纸的生产工艺、设备选型、质量性能以及彩印轻质印刷纸的应用。浆料选择以高得率的化学机械浆为主，在确保松厚度的前提下适当提高打浆度，中性施胶，阳离子淀粉和聚丙烯酰胺双元助留，少加填料，抄造时适当降低压榨部和压光机的线压力，最好能采用软辊压光。并介绍了适于生产轻质印刷纸的3520／800长网多缸造纸机的配置。

| Abstract: | The production technology, equipment selection, quality performance and the application of light weight printing paper are probed in the paper. In order to ensure the bulkness of the sheet, high-yield chemimechanical pulp is applied as main material, and higher beating degree is required with neutral sizing, dual retention system of cationic starch and polyacrylamide, less filler added, and the press part and calender are operated with low linear pressure and soft roll calendering is preferred. The configuration of 3520/800 multi-cylinder Fourdrinier paper machine for the light weight printing paper is also introduced. |
