摘    要:针对成浆质量要求及国际脱墨浆生产线不同供应商设备特征,研究了MOW脱墨工艺的不同配置,并对各种配置进行了系统分析。结果表明,对于混合办公废纸的脱墨,在第一回路中有必要设置一道浮选以去除易剥离的油墨;系统是否设置第三道浮选,关键在于整个系统的配置及化学品应用工艺;系统中如配置洗浆机,虽能提高成浆白度1.3%ISO左右,但随着大量灰分及细小纤维的去除,系统得率会大大降低。

Abstract:The different configuration of deinking technology for MOW was investigated and a systematic analysis was performed to different kinds of configuration in accordance with quality requirements on the finished pulp and different characteristics of the international suppliers of deinked pulp production line. The results show that the flotation located in Loop 1 was necessary to remove easy detachment ink, the key point for whether there should be 3rd flotation lies on the chemicals process and the system configuration and if a pulp washer configurated in the system, although the whiteness of the finished pulp could be increased by 1.3 %ISO, the yield of pulp decreased considerably with the removal of great amount of ash and fiber fines.
