门辊涂布机传动系统的研究与设计

摘    要:通过对门辊涂布机传动工艺要求的详细分析,结合目前变频传动中较先进的公共直流母线传动工艺,提出门辊涂布机两种传动系统设计方案。带制动单元的门辊涂布机控制系统,由德国西门子触摸屏TP、ABB ACS800系列变频器与德国西门子S7-300PLC构成三级通讯控制网络;公共直流母线门辊涂布机控制系统由三级控制系统组成,选用当前先进的S7-500PLC、ACS800变频器及公共直流母线单元等控制硬件和STEP7等软件来实现涂布机的电气控制系统设计。两类系统经实际运行验证,其运行车速、调速精度等各项性能指标均达到或超过用户的要求,获得了满意的控制效果。

Abstract:The design plan of two kinds of driving system was put forward through the detailed analysis of technical requirement of gate roll coating machine by combining advanced common DC-BUS driving craft. The driving system with brake unit made up of Simens touching screen TP, ABB ACS 800 converters, Simens S7-300 PLC, formed 3 layer communication control net; whereas the controlling system with common DC-BUS, was composed of 3 layer control system, with the advanced hardware converters of S7-300PLC, ACS800 and common DC-BUS unit and software of STEP7 adopted, to realize the design of elctric control system in the coating machine. The performance targets such as running speed, regulating accuracy, could reach or exceed the requirements of users, with the satisfactory control obtained.
