摘    要:通过探讨纸页灰分、纤维打浆程度、浆料配比、湿部化学品添加和纸机操作参数等对胶版印刷纸横向耐折度的影响及作用规律,调整和优化纸机生产工艺以提高和稳定纸页质量。结果表明:纸页灰分和浆料打浆对纸页横向耐折度的影响很大;阳离子淀粉的添加可以有效改善纸页的横向耐折度等物理强度指标;纸机操作参数是改善纸页横向而树干度的辅助手段,且可以使纸机具有良好运行性能。

Abstract:Factors influencing CD folding endurance, such as ash content, fiber beating process, furnish composition and wet end chemicals, and operation parameters of paper machines were discussed. When the adjustment and optimization of production process were carried out, paper quality was improved more stable. Results show that ash content and beating degree influence folding endurance in a great deal; the addition of cationic starch in wet end can enhance the physical strength index including folding endurance and the others; operation parameters in paper machines as an auxiliary method can improve paper quality and make paper machines in good runnability.
