| 摘 要： | 对国产和进口碳酸钙在造纸法再造烟叶的应用进行了研究,同时对填料的用量也进行了优化,探讨了添加碳酸钙对再造烟叶基片填料留着率、抗张强度、松厚度和透气度的影响。研究结果表明,留着率随着碳酸钙添加比例的增加呈先增大后稳定的趋势;抗张强度、松厚度和透气度随着碳酸钙添加比例的增加呈先增大后减少的趋势。其中,国产碳酸钙添加量为10%时,进口碳酸钙添加量为6%-10%时效果较好。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the application of the imported and the domestic calcium carbonate in reconstituted tobacco sheet was investigated, and the adding dosage of the filler was optimized as well. Calcium carbonate was added in base-sheet of paper-making process reconstituted tobacco, its effects on the filler retention, tensile strength, bulk and air permeability were studied. The results show that the filler retention increases with the increasing ratio of calcium carbonate, and then keeps stable. Furthermore, the tensile strength, bulk and air permeability increase with the increasing ratio of calcium carbonate. Among them, the suitable adding dosage of domestic calcium carbonate is 10% and the imported calcium carbonate is 6%-10%. |
