摘    要:先选用合适溶剂将蒽醌溶解,再用转相法对油相进行乳化,制备O/W型蒽醌乳液,提高其在蒸煮液中的分散性。研究了溶剂种类、复配乳化剂、乳化剂用量、乳化时间及搅拌速度等各种因素对乳液性能的影响,探求优化乳化条件。所得蒽醌乳液稳定性可达60d以上,平均粒径仅为0.26μm,具有良好的分散性。

Abstract:Anthraquinone was dissolved in a suitable solvent first, then the oil phase was emulsified with phase inversion method to prepare oil-in-water (O/W) emulsion of anthraquinone in order to raise its dispersity in cooking liquor. Influence of such factors as the type of solvents, compound emulsifiers, emulsifier dosage, emulsifying time and mixing speed on the performance of emulsion was investigaed and the optimal emulsifying conditions were explored. The stability of the prepared anthraquinone emulsion could reach more than 60 days with average diameter of only 0.26 μm and had desirable dispersibility.
