酵母浸膏-壳聚糖-海藻钠为壁材制备纸用微囊

摘    要:采用天然高分子物质酵母浸膏-海藻酸钠-壳聚糖为壁材,无色染料油溶液为芯材,通过复凝聚法制备纸用微囊。以产品的外形,粒径大小、产率、包埋率、价格作为评价指标,优化了制备纸用微囊的工艺条件。结果表明此工艺合理、可行,且工艺环保、经济。

Abstract:The microcapsule for paper was prepared with yeast extract-sodium alginate-chitosan -a natural polymer material as wall and a colorless dye oil solution as core by complex coacervation. With surface appearance, particle diameter, yield, embedding rate and price as evaluating targets, the technological conditions for preparing microcapsule for paper were optimized. The results show that the technology was not only rational and feasible but also environment-friendly and economical.
