| 摘 要： | 二恶英减排最佳可行技术/最佳环境实践（BAT/BEP）的采用,不但可以达到二恶英排放的控制,也对COD、BOD等常规污染物的控制起到比较显著的作用,因此只要技术方案的采用合理,二恶英的减排可以做到与其它污染物的协同减排和控制。

The synergistic effect of reducing dioxin discharge in paper industry |

| Abstract: | Not only the discharge of dioxin can be controlled, but also the discharge of conventional pollutants, like COD and BOD can be reduced significantly by adopting BAT or BEP, which demonstrates that discharge reduction of dioxin can achieve synergistic reduction with other conventional pollutants by using reasonable technology. |
