摘    要:针对造纸企业中广泛应用的DCS控制系统中工作设备多、被控参数多、控制距离远等特点,对DCS在实际使用中可能出现的电磁干扰形式及其危害进行了分析,提出了对控制室、供电、传输线、变频器等的电磁干扰抑制措施,最后对DCS系统的接地进行了讨论,并给出了接地系统常规方案。

Abstract:In accordance with the characteristics that the number of equipment is great in the DCS control system, the controlled parameters are large and the control distance is remote, the paper made an analysis on the potential electric interference form practice as well as electromagnetic hazards, puts forward anti- interference measures for control room, power supply and transmission line and inverter and the grounding of DCS system was discussed with a routine resolu- tion for grounding system in the end.
