高速纸机自动化控制的发展趋势

摘    要:高速纸机的自动化控制,一个突出的特点是除了纸机电气传动控制系统以外,其他的控制内容和范围必须进一步扩大,将形成若干个多分支的子系统,各系统之间协调控制。按照系统分散控制、集中管理的概念,控制系统的层次会更加分明,形成既相互独立,又全系统贯通的自动控制结构。本文重点介绍了宽幅、高速、大型纸机的电气传动控制系统、过程控制PCS系统、设备控制MCS系统、质量控制QCS系统、断纸监测WMS系统、纸病监测WIS系统、马达控制中心MCC等。

Abstract:An outstanding feature of the automation control in high-speed paper machine is that except the electric drive control system of paper machine, all the other control facilities and their control range must be further expanded in order to form several multi-branched subsystems wherein there exists coordination control. In accordance with the conception of decentralized control and centralized management, the hierarchy of the control system will be much clearer and a mutual independent but running-through-all-system automatic control structure will be formed. The paper introduces the electric drive control system, process control system(PCS), machine control system (MCS), quality control system (QCS), web breaking monitoring system(WMS), paper defects investigation system (WIS) and motor control center (MCC) on high speed and large-sized paper machines.
