摘    要:阐述了碱回收苛化及白泥回收传统生产模式和工业碳酸钙生产原理与方法,比较分析了工业碳酸钙的大型工业生产方法与传统碱回收的苛化及白泥回收的异同,通过介绍ATM-WPCC技术(新型苛化及白泥资源化技术)生产WPCC(晶体白泥碳酸钙),阐明了实现碱回收苛化白泥处置与工业沉淀碳酸钙生产行业整合的技术可行性和整合的效益。

Abstract:The traditional production process of causticizing and lime mud recovery in alkali recovery systems and industrial calcium carbonate production principle and method were explained, and comparative analysis on large scale industrial production method of industrial calcium carbonate with the similarities and differences of the traditional alkali recovery causticizing and lime mud recovery was conducted in this paper. The feasibility and integrated benefits of integration of disposal of lime mud from alkali recovery causticizing and industrial precipitated calcium carbonate production technology were illustrated with introducing ATM-WPCC new causticizing process and the comprehensive utilization technology of lime mud to be used to produce calcium carbonate.
