摘    要:以芦苇为原料,在常压条件下利用乙醇的水溶液提取分离木素、纤维素,采用三因子二次正交旋转组合设计研究了乙醇、催化剂和液固比对木素、纤维素分离的影响,得到了相应单指标二次回归模型;并对分离出来的木素做了定性分析.研究结果表明:在乙醇50%、催化剂6%和液固比8:1条件下,得浆纯度较高,所得木素仍是由苯丙烷及其衍生物构成的大分子,其分子量远大于一般碱木素,分布范围较窄.

Abstract:Under the normal air-pressure, lignin and cellulose were separated from reed with alcoholic water solution. Influence of ethanol, catalyzer and liquid-to-solid ratio on the separation of lignin and cellulose was studied with the 3 factors quadratic orthogonal and rotational combination design and a single quadric regression model was developed and a qualitative analysis on the lignin was made. The findings show that: high purity pulp was obtained under the condition of ethanol of 50% , catalyzer of 6% and liquid-solid ratio of 8:1, and the obtained lignin is still of macromolecule in structure composed of phenylpropane and their derivatives and its molecular weight is far larger than ordinary alkali lignin with a relatively narrow distribution range.
