| Abstract: | No 4 paper machine of LEIPA Georg Leinfelder group of Germany produces 300 thousand ton of high quality light weight coated paper per year with 100% reclaimed paper as raw material. The production line includes innovated TwinDrum pulper, EcoCell flotation system, two heat dispersion systems with new dispersing conception, paper machine with identical platform conception, EcoSoft and Janus MK2 soft calender, SpeedSizer coater, Sirus reel system, VariTop rewinder, Twister 2 paper roll packing station, and double layer PrintFlex O felt etc. |
