活性炭吸附纸制造工艺及性能研究

研究了活性炭吸附纸的组成及制造工艺，筛选出适合于抄造活性炭吸附纸的玻璃纤维的打浆工艺条件，并在活性炭用量为76．5％、PVA纤维为6％、玻璃纤维为17．5％的条件下抄遣出颗粒活性炭吸附纸，其对甲苯、甲醛、氨、三氮甲烷的吸附能力分别为29．5％。14．8％，26．8％，19．8％；粉末状活性炭吸附纸对甲苯、甲醛、氨、三氮甲烷的吸附能力分别为17．0％，12．4％，15．5％。

Study on technology and property of activated carbon-adsorption paper

The composition and manufacturing technology of the activated carbon-adsorption paper were researched .The activated carbon,PVA-fiber and glass-fiber that were suitable for making activated carbon-adsorption paper were selected, and the suitable beating conditionsof glass fiber were determined . The composite of activated carbon-adsorption paper is: activated carbon 76.5%, PVA-fiber 6%, paper-fiber17.5%. The results showed that the rates of adsorption to methylbenzene, formaldehyde, ammonia and methenyl chloride of the granularactivated carbon-adsorption paper were respectively 29.5%,14.8%, 26.8% and 19.8%, and those of the powdered activated carbon-adsorp-tion paper were 17.0%,12.4%,15.9%,13.5% respectively.
