活性炭吸附纸制造工艺及性能研究

摘    要:研究了活性炭吸附纸的组成及制造工艺,筛选出适合于抄造活性炭吸附纸的玻璃纤维的打浆工艺条件,并在活性炭用量为76.5%、PVA纤维为6%、玻璃纤维为17.5%的条件下抄遣出颗粒活性炭吸附纸,其对甲苯、甲醛、氨、三氮甲烷的吸附能力分别为29.5%。14.8%,26.8%,19.8%;粉末状活性炭吸附纸对甲苯、甲醛、氨、三氮甲烷的吸附能力分别为17.0%,12.4%,15.5%。

Abstract:The composition and manufacturing technology of the activated carbon-adsorption paper were researched .The activated carbon,PVA-fiber and glass-fiber that were suitable for making activated carbon-adsorption paper were selected, and the suitable beating conditionsof glass fiber were determined . The composite of activated carbon-adsorption paper is: activated carbon 76.5%, PVA-fiber 6%, paper-fiber17.5%. The results showed that the rates of adsorption to methylbenzene, formaldehyde, ammonia and methenyl chloride of the granularactivated carbon-adsorption paper were respectively 29.5%,14.8%, 26.8% and 19.8%, and those of the powdered activated carbon-adsorp-tion paper were 17.0%,12.4%,15.9%,13.5% respectively.
