摘 要: | 在现代化硫酸盐浆厂药液的循环更加封闭,这会导致非工艺元素(NPE)在化学药液循环中积累。非工艺元素是指通常情况下,与硫酸盐制浆和回收系统元素(Na、S、C、H$uo)以外的一些元素。对碱回收操作影响最大的非工艺元素有两个,即K和Cl。钾盐和氯化物富集于碱回收炉静电除尘器(ESP)的碱灰中,会增加碱回收炉腐蚀和堵塞的风险。

A study of evaporation crystallization method on removing elements of Cl and K in ash from alkali recovery boilers |

Abstract: | The circulating accumulation of Cl and K in alkali recovery system and these effects on alkali recovery boiler were briefly introduced. Three types of evaporation crystallization methods for removing elements of Cl and K which have realized production of industrialization abroad were summarized.
