家具用脚轮力学性能测试

作为可移动家具的重要零部件之一,家具用脚轮的质量直接影响家具产品的使用安全和使用寿命,为提高家具用脚轮品质,有必要对其力学性能进行测试。介绍了家具用脚轮性能检测方法的国内外研究,对我国家具市场上主要的家具用脚轮进行了产品分类,根据产品不同的承载能力,设计了力学性能测试方法,对家具用脚轮在冲击性能、手动锁定装置、动载荷、滚动阻力、旋转阻力、静载荷等力学性能进行了测试,试验证明了家具用脚轮力学性能测试方法的可行性,大多数的家具用脚轮产品能满足力学性能要求。

Determination of Mechanical Properties for Furniture Castors

As one of the key components movable furniture components, furniture castors directly affect the safety and service life of furniture. It is necessary to test the mechanical properties of castors to im prove its quality. This paper introduced domestic and foreign research about test methods of castors for furniture. Based on classification of major furniture castors in market, the test methods for castors mechan ical properties were designed and the mechanical properties were tested in aspects of impact perfor mance, manual locking device, dynamic loading, rolling resistance, rotation resistance and static loading with the different kinds of load capability. The experiment verified the feasibility of test methods and the test results showed that, most of the products up to the requirements. This research will provide reference for establishing standard on castors for furniture, fill the gap in the aspect of quality inspection, and safe guard lawful rights and interests of consumer. Furthermore, the research will promote the rapid growth of castors industry.
