摘 要: | 采用稀土助剂进行羊毛低温染色实验,并将染色结果与羊毛常规染色结果进行对比,最后通过分析得出了低温染色工艺中稀土助剂最佳用量为0.2%(o.w.f),最佳染色温度为80℃,染色时间60 min。羊毛稀土助剂低温染色工艺能够明显降低染色温度,在减轻纤维强力损伤的同时,降低了能源消耗,具有节能环保的优势。

Study on Low Temperature Dyeing of Wool with Rare Earth Auxiliary |

Abstract: | The rare earth auxiliary was used in low temperature dyeing of wool, and the dyeing effect was compared with that of conventional dyeing. The optimized dyeing condition were as follows: rare earth auxiliary 0.2% (o.w.f), dyeing at 80℃ for 60 min. Under this condition, the damage to wool fiber was decreased, and energy effect was improved. |
