| 摘 要： | 近年来我国化纤产能增加很大,化纤新品种、新技术层出不穷,纺丝、纺织速度更加高速化,研制新型化纤油剂显得越发重要。但目前我国化纤油剂的研制、生产速度还远跟不上市场需求。这给我国的化纤油剂产业带来了发展机遇,也促使化纤油剂生产企业开发各种新型高效、环保的化纤油剂。本文阐述了我国化纤油剂生产现状、发展要求与主要成分,介绍了高速纺涤纶、丙纶FDY油剂的制造方法,同时指出:研制既能适应高速纺丝工艺要求又对环境友好的化纤油剂是今后的发展趋势。

Development Status Quo and Trend of Domestic Spinning Finish (Ⅰ) |

| Abstract: | Although China’s chemical fiber industry is meeting a rapid development in recent years,the development of new kinds of spinning finish does not keep the pace.It is essential to develop some new spinning finishes of high-efficiency and eco-friendly for China’s chemical fiber industry.The development status quo,main ingredients and requirements of domestic spinning finishes were presented in detail in this article,as well as the production process of PP and PET FDY using spinning finishes.In addition,the author pointed that it is a trend to develop eco-friendly spinning finishes which can meet the rapid speed spinning process. |
